1. About us

This website is operated by Zuvera ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

2. Using this website

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its normal operation. We may withdraw or change the site at any time without notice.

3. Products

We take care to describe our products accurately. Photographs and videos are for illustration: the colour you see depends on your screen, and packaging may vary. Product descriptions are not medical or veterinary advice. Our products are grooming tools for pets and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. If your animal has a skin condition or an injury, speak to a vet.

4. Prices and availability

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include the taxes shown at checkout. Delivery charges are added at checkout and are shown before you pay.

We try to keep prices and stock accurate, but errors happen. If we discover a genuine pricing or stock error after you order, we will contact you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

5. Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming dispatch. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery times, costs and carriers are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Cancellation and returns

Your right to cancel, how to return an item and how refunds work are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which also forms part of these terms.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for loss caused by using a product in a way it was not designed for or contrary to its instructions.

We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Intellectual property

All text, images, video and design on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

12. Reviews and testimonials

Reviews shown on this site reflect the experiences of individual customers. Individual results vary.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the nation where you live.
