Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Processing time
Orders are checked and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days from dispatch, with end-to-end tracking. The final leg of the journey in the UK is handled by Royal Mail or Evri.
These are estimates, not guarantees. A small proportion of parcels take longer because of carrier backlogs, customs checks or incorrect address details. If your parcel is running late, contact us and we will chase it for you.

The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
Tracking your order
You will get a tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear; a tracking number that has not updated yet does not mean the parcel is lost.
Orders with more than one item
Kits containing several items may occasionally arrive in more than one parcel, and on different days. If one part of your order arrives and the rest has not turned up within a further 5 business days, get in touch.
Wrong address or missed delivery
Please double-check your delivery address before you place your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or because it was not collected from the carrier's depot, we can send it out again once you cover the cost of reshipping.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and, where relevant, a photo. We will investigate with the carrier and either resend your order or refund you in full.
Taxes
Prices are shown in GBP. Any taxes that apply to your order are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
