Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data Zuvera collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have. We handle personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Order details: name, delivery address, billing address, email address, phone number, what you bought.
- Payment data: handled directly by our payment providers. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last four digits of the card. We never see or store your full card number.
- Contact history: emails and messages you send us.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you reached our site.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To fulfil your order — taking payment, shipping, tracking, returns and support. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- To meet legal duties — keeping tax and accounting records. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- To run and protect the site — security, fraud prevention, fixing faults. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Marketing and advertising — measuring our ads and showing them to relevant audiences. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the parties we need to in order to run the shop:
- Shopify — the platform this shop runs on, which hosts the site and processes orders.
- Payment providers — to take payment securely.
- CJ Dropshipping — our fulfilment partner, which receives your name and delivery address in order to pack and ship your order.
- Delivery carriers — including Royal Mail and Evri, to deliver your parcel and provide tracking.
- Meta Platforms — where you have consented to advertising cookies, to measure and target our advertising.
Transfers outside the UK
Our fulfilment partner operates warehouses outside the United Kingdom, including in China. To ship your order, your name, delivery address and contact details are transferred there. Some of our other providers also process data outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards permitted under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for 6 years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent. Support emails are kept for up to 2 years.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to make the site work and keep your basket, and — only with your consent — analytics and advertising cookies. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies through the banner shown on your first visit, and change your mind at any time through your browser settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- ask us to delete your data, where we are not required to keep it;
- restrict or object to how we use it, including for marketing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these, email contact@zuvera.store. We respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Children
This shop is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
